Summary

• Owns the end-to-end in-app marketing strategy for creator programs, from campaign development through measurement and optimization.
• Builds and launches direct-response digital marketing campaigns across email, in-product notifications/nudges.
• Uses A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve channel performance.
• Partners closely with Data Science and cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Works in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where the focus is on campaign execution, performance, and measurable growth.

 
Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of growth/digital marketing experience, specifically building and launching in-app/direct-response campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Ads and digital campaign execution.
• Experience using email and in-product marketing/nudges as campaign channels.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign measurement, and channel optimization.
• Experience working directly with Data Science/data teams and evaluating campaign performance.
• Experience with AYMT tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong growth marketing mindset and analytical/performance-driven approach.
• Strong project management and ability to work with cross-functional/matrixed teams.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong comfort working with data and translating it into actionable insights.
• Understanding of the creator audience and its needs.
• Experience operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Marketing degree.
