Title: Fullstack SDE
Location: Redmond, WA (onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract
Compensation: $70 – 80.00/hr. W2

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a hands-on Software Development Engineer to build and enhance full-stack applications and diagnostic tools supporting a large-scale customer terminal environment. This role is centered on application development across frontend, backend services, APIs, and AWS-based components, with ownership of features from development through production support.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and engineering tools
• Build modern frontend experiences and backend APIs/services that surface health, connectivity, and diagnostic information
• Develop and integrate AWS cloud components and services
• Troubleshoot issues spanning applications, APIs, data flows, networking, and cloud services
• Own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support
• Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable applications in a large-scale customer terminal environment
• Apply strong software engineering practices across coding, testing, code review, deployment, and operational support

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5 years of professional experience in Software Development
• Strong Full-Stack Development experience, including:
  • Modern frontend frameworks
  • Backend services and API development
  • End-to-end application development
• Hands-on experience building and operating applications in AWS
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across system design, coding, testing, code review, deployment, and production support
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to independently drive complex technical problems through resolution
• Ability to take ownership of features across the full development lifecycle

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with React or comparable modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building distributed or networked applications
• Experience developing diagnostic, monitoring, or operational tooling
• Experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar application development languages
