Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid T,W,TH)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire
Compensation: $35/hr – $42/hr W2
Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Skillset / Experience:
 
Project Overview: Support the SAP S/4HANA product team as a Business Analyst on a multi-year ERP implementation and upgrade effort. This role will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather requirements, create user stories, support backlog refinement, participate in Agile ceremonies, and assist with testing and validation activities across multiple SAP teams.
 
Team: Reporting into the Product Manager. The Business Analyst will support the SAP S/4HANA product and work across four Agile teams alongside Product Owners, Product Managers, developers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Top Skills:

1. SAP S/4HANA or other ERP experience as a Business Analyst (SAP strongly preferred) 
2. Accounting and Finance software/process experience supporting technical product delivery and ERP initiatives 
3. Agile Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and software delivery support 

 
Candidate Review:

• 8-10 years of Business Analyst experience preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• ERP implementation or transformation experience required
• SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred
• Finance and accounting process knowledge strongly preferred
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting UAT/testing efforts
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and business users
• Agile/Scrum experience required
• Ability to work across multiple SAP modules; no specific module expertise required
