Summary

• Own large, complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, from scoping and planning through activation.
• Drive advertiser and third-party incentive programs, including initiatives moving incentive allocation toward real-time, data-driven models.
• Integrate Engineering, Data and Operations deliverables into a functioning end-to-end outcome.
• Coordinate Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Legal across multiple workstreams.
• Own program timelines, operating cadences, process design, documentation, reporting and stakeholder escalations.
• Use data to identify issues, generate insights and provide status/readouts to executive leadership.
