Title: Digital Payments Operations Specialist
Location: Pensacola, FL (HYBRID)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extensions
Compensation: $20/hour – $22/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Skillset / Experience:

• Payment Operations Expertise – Demonstrates solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes
• Risk and Compliance Awareness – Understands and applies regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving – Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements
• Detail Oriented – Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses
• Communication and Collaboration – Effectively partners with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives
