Title: Treasury Analyst – Cash Management
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Approximately 6-month contract, with potential for permanent conversion
Compensation: $33–$35/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Skillset / Experience:
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Treasury Analyst – Cash Management to support the daily treasury operations of a large organization in Houston. This role is ideal for a hands-on treasury professional experienced in daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, and process improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily cash positions, balances, receipts, disbursements, and funding requirements to support liquidity management.
• Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts, analyze variances, and produce cash and liquidity reports.
• Execute and monitor cash movements, including ACH, wire transfers, and intercompany transfers.
• Support bank account administration, banking relationships, user access, and treasury compliance requirements.
• Perform or support bank reconciliations, cash-related month-end activities, and issue resolution.
• Review bank fees and support corporate merchant card and payment-related programs.
• Assist with treasury process improvements, reporting automation, and treasury management system initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant corporate treasury, cash management, or treasury operations experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity reporting.
• Knowledge of bank accounts, ACH/wires, bank reconciliations, and treasury controls.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and treasury management systems is preferred.
• CTP certification is a plus, not required.

Schedule & Work Arrangement
• Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Hybrid schedule: onsite Wednesdays after training; initial training may require 2–3 onsite days per week.
• Initial interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by an onsite interview.
