Marketing Technology Program Manager
 
Summary

• Lead company transition to RainFocus as its event management platform.
• Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies across Marketing and Events teams.
• Coordinate platform migration from Splash and Cvent, including workflow mapping, templates and configuration alignment.
• Design and deliver user training, office hours, quick-start guides and role-based documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between company stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor.
• Track adoption KPIs, manage feature requests and establish a sustainable support and knowledge management model.
