Creative Project Manager Senior Associate
Our Creative Studio turns ambitious brand visions into high-performing creative and content. You’ll work alongside writers, designers, editors, audio specialists, motion artists, developers, and external production partners who care as much about craft as they do about performance.
As a Creative Project Management Senior Associate, you’ll translate approved briefs, media plans, and content strategies into actionable production schedules. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to coordinate a high volume of digital, motion, and video projects. That means managing timelines, consolidating feedback, and making sure assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements before final handoff.
You’ll bring structure, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to a fast-paced production environment. Your understanding of digital ad formats and creative workflows will help you clarify requirements, anticipate challenges, and keep internal teams aligned. With supportive leaders and modern tools, you’ll have opportunities to improve how we deliver “Digital Made For Humans™.”
What You Will Do
- Manage Creative Production: Coordinate a high volume of digital creative projects from intake through final delivery. Work closely with designers and other creative specialists to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.
- Build and Maintain Timelines: Translate briefs and direction from Account Managers and Account Executives into clear production schedules that outline tasks, owners, milestones, dependencies, and review deadlines.
- Coordinate Production Priorities: Track workloads and project needs and flag capacity constraints. Partner with studio leadership and account teams to adjust priorities and keep production moving.
- Manage Feedback and Revisions: Consolidate feedback from account teams, clarify requirements, and give designers consistent, actionable instructions throughout each review cycle.
- Ensure Production Readiness: Check deliverables against approved briefs, brand guidelines, asset requirements, and platform specifications. Coordinate creative and technical approvals with the appropriate leads before final handoff to account or media teams.
- Communicate Progress and Risks: Keep project trackers current, provide clear internal status updates, and raise potential delays or production issues early, along with recommended next steps.
- Improve Production Workflows: Use Airtable, Asana, Jira, and other relevant tools to support efficient intake, scheduling, approvals, version control, and delivery.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 6+ years in creative project management, digital production, or studio operations, including agency experience supporting paid media campaigns.
- Digital Production Knowledge: An understanding of creative production workflows across design, motion, and video, with experience coordinating projects from brief through final delivery.
- Strong Timeline Management: A proven ability to build practical production schedules, manage dependencies and feedback cycles, and keep a high volume of concurrent projects on track.
- Attention to Craft and Detail: Experience checking creative deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, digital advertising specifications, and production requirements.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms, plus the ability to learn proprietary tools such as Alli. Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
- Clear Internal Communication: The ability to turn direction from Account Managers and Account Executives into actionable tasks for designers, clarify feedback, and keep internal partners informed.
- Ownership and Problem-Solving: A proactive, organized approach to managing production deliverables independently, identifying risks, and recommending solutions, with sound judgment about when to escalate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
