Title: Data Modeler – Lead to Cash (L2C)
Location: Remote LATAM
Duration: 6 Month contract
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Skillset / Experience:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models within an enterprise cloud data warehouse, supporting customer, subscription, billing, and revenue reporting.
• Build and optimize Bronze, Silver, and Gold data models using medallion architecture to transform raw data into clean, standardized, business-ready datasets.
• Integrate and model data from Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and NetSuite SuiteBilling to establish a unified view of customers and revenue.
• Develop customer master data models, including customer matching, deduplication, entity resolution, and cross-system ID mapping.
• Build dimensional data models, including fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Create reporting-ready data models supporting key SaaS metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, subscriptions, and customer counts.
• Develop automated data quality tests, validate data accuracy, and ensure consistency across source systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and documentation of business metrics and modeling standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling or data engineering, including 2+ years working with cloud data warehouses or lakehouses.
• Strong production experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex queries, transformations, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with dimensional data modeling, including star schemas, fact/dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions (SCD), and conformed dimensions.
• Hands-on experience building Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers using medallion architecture or equivalent layered data warehouse architecture.
• Experience with master data management (MDM), customer entity resolution, deduplication, and cross-system customer ID mapping.
• Experience modeling SaaS subscription and recurring revenue data, including ARR, NRR, churn, and customer metrics.
• Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools such as dbt, Delta Live Tables, or Airflow.
• Experience with Git-based version control and automated data quality testing.
• Ability to independently design and build production-ready data models while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or Salesforce data objects, including quotes, orders, contracts, and assets.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteBilling, including subscription billing, customer accounts, and revenue arrangements.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Fivetran, or similar data ingestion tools.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, billing platform, or enterprise data warehouse migrations.
• Experience building semantic layers or reporting datasets for Power BI or Tableau.
• Background working in B2B SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or real estate technology.
• Snowflake SnowPro or Databricks Data Engineer certification.
