Summary

• Own the systems, standards, frameworks, and workflows that allow messaging and positioning to scale consistently across a large, matrixed marketing organization.
• Translate high-level positioning strategy into repeatable messaging frameworks, templates, enablement resources, and measurement systems rather than personally creating campaigns or content.
• Build and manage the organization's messaging infrastructure / single source of truth, including documentation structures, tagging conventions, governance, versioning, and reusable components.
• Design scalable GTM enablement systems that marketing teams can reuse across portfolios, audiences, channels, and markets.
• Define success metrics around adoption, reuse, message clarity, and consistency, then use those insights to continuously improve the system.
• Build AI-enabled / AI-ready marketing workflows that improve speed and consistency while maintaining messaging guardrails, quality, and brand standards.

 
Must-Have Skills

• Strong marketing systems / marketing operations experience.
• Proven experience building scalable frameworks, processes, standards, or messaging systems, not simply executing campaigns.
• Strong systems thinking and framework design capabilities.
• Experience partnering with engineering / technical teams to build systems or solutions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across large cross-functional organizations.
• Experience defining success metrics / KPIs and using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Practical experience using AI to improve scale, consistency, and efficiency in marketing workflows.
• Experience translating abstract marketing/positioning strategy into repeatable, operational guidance.
