Title: Strategic Partner Manager V

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager V to lead and manage highly strategic external partnerships at the intersection of consumer technology, AI, and connected devices. This individual will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for key partners, driving complex cross-functional initiatives from deal implementation through product launch and ongoing partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders at external partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level partner meetings, providing strategic recommendations, business updates, and clear action plans.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and serve as the central point of coordination across organizations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Communications, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Drive partnership strategies from deal development and implementation through product launches and ongoing growth.
  • Identify and analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions and recommendations for leadership.
  • Manage partner-related risks, escalations, and high-priority issues involving internal and external executives.
  • Translate partner needs, opportunities, and pain points into actionable product and business recommendations.
  • Support deal implementation by reviewing agreements, understanding contractual obligations, and collaborating with legal counsel.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships following initial deal closure.
  • Develop and leverage AI-enabled or automated workflows to improve execution from deal development through product launch.
  • Prepare executive-level materials, strategic reviews, and recommendations for key partner engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing role within technology and/or consumer electronics, with demonstrated experience managing complex strategic deals and partnerships.
  • Proven experience directly managing external strategic partnerships.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize and resolve complex partner-related issues.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating initiatives across multiple organizations.
  • Experience supporting the planning and execution of new product launches and managing risks associated with in-market products.
  • Experience working with legal teams, interpreting agreements or contractual documents, and supporting partnership obligations.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and managing relationships with senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and rapidly changing technology environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, connected devices, accessories, wearables, AI-enabled products, or hardware partnerships.
  • Background in strategic partnerships, business development, product partnerships, product marketing, or client-facing management consulting.
  • Experience managing partnerships involving product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong technical aptitude or demonstrated interest in learning emerging technologies.
  • Experience navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within a large-scale, highly matrixed technology organization.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with VP-level or C-suite stakeholders.
