We are currently seeking a OneTrust Resource, Global Privacy Operations, who will be responsible for providing support during West Coast working hours, focusing on addressing and resolving critical issues related to the OneTrust platform.

In this role, you will:
• Provide expert support to OneTrust (OT) users within the business.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical OT issues reported during West Coast working hours and ensure prompt response to these issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate the resolution of complex OT issues.
• Log, track and escalate complex issues with OneTrust for timely resolution.
• Conduct training sessions for the business on OneTrust functionalities.
• Provide guidance on best practices and technical support for BAU and projects.
• Create and update documentation and playbooks.
• Stay up to date on the latest product releases.
• Collaborate with the team and brands to implement improvements.
• Work collaboratively with Poland and the UK Team to ensure consistent support experience for users across different time zones.
• Serve as a backup for processing Google account deletion requests in case of unexpectedly high volumes.

What do we require from you?
• BA/BSc degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Ability to conduct own research to achieve custom requirements.
• OneTrust Certification or relevant OneTrust training.
• Knowledge of Global privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws.
• Previous experience in supporting Global users is desirable.

Skills Required
• Has a strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws.
• Ability to examine and comprehend internal configurations such as custom OneTrust implementations with our systems and assets.
• In-depth knowledge of OneTrust products and features.
• Proficient in OneTrust modules, specifically IRR, Consent, Data Mapping, and others.
• Familiar with OneTrust integrations.
• Able to navigate the platform efficiently and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Able to communicate technical information to the business.
• Strong customer service skills focusing on delivering exceptional support.
