The Apple TV+ IS&T team is responsible for the technology strategy, delivery, and sustainment of IT systems used to enable Apple TV+ Studio and Production operations. The team ensures technology and business strategy remain tightly aligned through cross-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with the Apple corporate systems landscape. Members work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, information security, and others to deliver a technology ecosystem that meets the demands of a high growth organization.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team. The role provides technical support to the variety of individuals that make up the feature/tv production environment. We support various Apple products and services from hardware to software as well as any specialized equipment required for the content creation process. This is a very fast-paced and highly demanding technical support environment. If you have a a strong commitment to customer success, and a passion for making the production process easier though technology this position is for you.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

5+ years of experience supporting technology in a media and entertainment environment

Experience supporting software used during the content creation process (Mac, iOS, iPadOS, and other computing devices)

Experience with storage systems such as Quantum, Isilon, Nexus

Nice to Haves

Basic knowledge of networking

Excellent client services skills

Passion to the creating an exemplary customer experience
