Title: Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Remote (United States)
Duration: 6 months
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced AP Management Professional to assist with an OCR implementation to lead and oversee an AP OCR implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, particularly in Workday and/or XT Global OCR software, and experience implementing OCR tools across the US and Latin America. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the OCR implementation function
• Drive process improvements and optimize workflows across AP
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations
• Assist with system enhancements and automation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Director-level or Senior Manager experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong, hands-on AP experience (not purely strategic)
• Required: Experience with Workday and/or XT Global OCR
• Required: LATAM (Latin America) AP experience
• Spanish language skills highly preferred (considered close to mandatory)
