THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Coordinate and manage project activities from planning through completion.
  • Establish timelines, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of specifications prior to procurement.
  • Source and procure test equipment, fixtures, harnesses, PCBA boards, and related hardware.
  • Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships to support on-time delivery.
  • Track procurement activities and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate receiving and distribution of equipment and materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and testing infrastructure requests.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and summaries for leadership.
  • Support cross-functional teams by ensuring required resources are available to meet project goals.


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4+ years of project management, program management, operations, procurement, or related experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors, track deliverables, and maintain project schedules.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, hardware, or testing environments.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, or inventory tracking.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
