Description:
 
Summary

• Supports production and manufacturing operations by managing inventory and material flow in a warehouse environment.
• Performs material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary systems while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinates physical and virtual movement of materials between sites and identifies process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting team training.
• Works in a physically demanding warehouse environment with flexible shifts, including potential weekend work.

 
Must-Have Skills

• SAP ERP experience (inventory/material transactions)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Inventory control and material planning experience
• Warehouse operations and material handling
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to document system issues and process improvements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for up to 10 hours
• Flexibility to work varying day shifts, including weekends
• U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee)

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment
• Forklift certification
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• SOP development or continuous improvement experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
