Location: Meridian, MS (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $82.00 – $102.00 /hr

QA/QC Program Engineer

Description:
  Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong Mechanical + Electrical (MEP) QA/QC expertise with hands-on knowledge of commissioning (Cx).
• Experience leading QA/QC and Commissioning programs.
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery models.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Knowledge of mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with construction quality tools / BIM360 and managing issue closure.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across XFN teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Exposure to CSLA disciplines (Civil / Structural / Life Safety / Architectural context).
• Experience building QA dashboards, tracking matrices, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong coaching/training capability for field teams.
• Highly self-driven and able to make decisions independently.
