Full-Time | Direct Hire

$81,500 – $125,000


Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing and assembly operations. This leader will be responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing costs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and experienced in leading teams while optimizing workflow, resources, and operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
  • Lead, coach, and develop production and assembly teams
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, P&L, and cost controls
  • Drive cost of goods (COGS) reduction and operational efficiency
  • Ensure product quality standards and implement corrective actions
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage inventory, materials, and production resources
  • Oversee equipment maintenance coordination and uptime
  • Ensure compliance with safety (OSHA) and quality standards
  • Track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in production operations and team leadership
  • Experience managing budgets, cost control, and operational performance
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
