Description:
 
Summary

• Lead complex consumer device software programs from inception through production and launch.
• Drive system health initiatives across multiple Wearables product lines within Reality Labs.
• Own execution plans, schedules, dependencies, launch metrics, risks, mitigations, and release readiness.
• Coordinate closely across Software, Hardware, Firmware, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Lead technical metric reviews, crash triage, stability tracking, and resolution of launch blockers.
• Partner with senior Engineering and TPM leadership on long-term strategy, roadmaps, and device system health.
